I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Silver Lake Orthodontics! Dr. Katz and Dr. Wan are both incredibly kind, patient, and detail-oriented. They truly care about their patients and never rushed the process. My treatment took about three and a half years, and they stayed committed to achieving the best possible result before considering it complete. My husband keeps telling me how much better my smile looks, and I honestly feel so much more confident now. It was absolutely worth the journey! One thing I really appreciate is their integrity. Throughout the entire 3.5 years, there were no unexpected or extra charges, which gave me complete peace of mind. When one of my brackets came off, they even got me in the very next day to fix it. They also offer an optional retainer program after treatment, which I think is a very thoughtful service for long-term care. I highly recommend Silver Lake Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontic team that is professional, caring, honest, and dedicated to delivering the best results. We have been going for nearly 2 years and have had a very positive experience. Their technicians are all great with kids (especially those with some nerves or anxiety) and both orthodontists are fantastic. I highly recommend this office!

I had a wonderful experience at Silver Lake Orthodontics! From my very first visit, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The orthodontist explained my treatment plan clearly and made sure I understood every step. Getting my braces was much easier than I expected, and the staff was very caring and attentive. The office is clean, modern, and organized, creating a positive and relaxing environment. I truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service I received. The front of the house staff greeted me with a smile and were very welcoming. The orthodontic assistant was kind patient and professional, even when technology was not cooperating. Dr Katz seemed very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the concerns I had with my teeth and seemed confident that she can get me the results I'm looking for. Dan the office manager was very kind as well as thorough at explaining the financial cost of the treatment and a payment plan that I can work with.

We had a consultation for Invisalign. Excellent service, very professional, very knowledgeable. The staff is amazing and so courteous and friendly. My wife and I loved Dr. Wan and Lucy from the Silver Lake Orthodontist. They were so polite, fr and excellent personality. Their office had state of the art technology and equipment to create a 3D digital image of my teeth and provided a comprehensive treatment plan which was very impressive. Highly recommend this fantastic facility. Thank you!
